– Consent to use my personal data

1. I hereby consent to the personal data (company, name, address, e-mail address, other communication data) provided by myself within the scope of the registration process, the initiation and transaction of a contract on the www.simplesystem.com website with the suppliers named there (hereinafter called "SUPPLIERS") at simple system GmbH & Co. KG as well as those data entered on the aforementioned SUPPLIERS web page for the purposes of setting up, implementing and handling my business relations with simple system GmbH & Co. KG and/or the SUPPLIERS being stored to memory, processed and used.
   I also consent to my data being transmitted between the SUPPLIERS as well as simple system GmbH & Co. KG for this express purpose.
   
   
2. I consent to the use of my personal data by simple system GmbH & Co. KG as well as the SUPPLIERS for marketing measures carried out by simple system GmbH & Co. KG as well as the SUPPLIERS such as the sending of e-mails containing general information or of an advertising character. If I no longer wish to receive this kind of information, I am entitled at any time to revoke my consent per e-mail.
   
   
3. I furthermore consent to my company name, my name, my address, my e-mail address and – only after prior express consent – my bank account details being transmitted to my respective contractual partner for purposes of transacting a contract.
